These individuals are placed on our payroll. With legislative benefits, we pay them monthly wages and manage all the legal enforcement and government regulations. Every month, the client company only receives a single invoice.
The contractual process is not only a one-way process; if any other need occurs, we also carry employees of the Company onto our rolls. Thus, for the client company, we have greater flexibility. If requested by the client organisation, we also carry out skill enhancement programmes for the recruited candidates to allow them to be handed on soon after the client organisation has assigned responsibility for the job, thus saving valuable time for the organisation.
