Compliance Management

Compliance Management

We have a centralised enforcement unit including specialists and consultants in legal and labour law. They have several years of experience in helping businesses meet labour law standards in India. In addition, we perform quarterly risk assessments to refresh procedures and to ensure that we follow the national requirements for human resource management benchmarking.
There are several ways of compliance that your organisation and its employees must maintain while you engage in business. “Compliance” means obedience to the Rules. In other words, you need to abide by applicable laws, as well as any internal or external requirements.
Management of compliance can take several forms. A blend of policies , processes, paperwork, internal auditing, audits by third parties, security measures, and technical compliance may be a mixture.

These activities can include:

  • • Internal audits
  • • Third-party audits
  • • Security procedures and control
  • • Preparing reports and providing supporting documentation
  • • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
